Atunci c\u00e2nd un client ridic\u0103 vocea sau manifest\u0103 nemul\u021bumire, reac\u021bia sa este, \u00een 90% din cazuri, o desc\u0103rcare a unei frustr\u0103ri anterioare (o zi grea la birou, probleme personale, oboseal\u0103) sau o consecin\u021b\u0103 a unei ne\u00een\u021belegeri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen cadrul modulului de comunicare din proiectul nostru, clasific\u0103m clien\u021bii dificili \u00een c\u00e2teva categorii mari:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Arogantul \/ Atot\u0219tiutorul:<\/strong> Cel care vrea s\u0103 demonstreze c\u0103 \u0219tie mai multe dec\u00e2t tine \u0219i tinde s\u0103 subestimieze personalul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agresivul \/ Impulsivul:<\/strong> Cel care \u00ee\u0219i pierde repede r\u0103bdarea \u0219i folose\u0219te un ton ridicat sau un limbaj t\u0103ios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nehot\u0103r\u00e2tul:<\/strong> Cel care consum\u0103 mult timp, pune acelea\u0219i \u00eentreb\u0103ri \u0219i se teme s\u0103 ia o decizie de cump\u0103rare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fiecare dintre aceste tipologii necesit\u0103 o abordare diferit\u0103, o \u201etraducere\u201d a comportamentului lor prin prisma tehnicilor de v\u00e2nzare profesioniste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Metoda \u201eLAST\u201d: Tehnica de aur \u00een gestionarea reclama\u021biilor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atunci c\u00e2nd un client este extrem de nemul\u021bumit de un produs sau un serviciu, aplicarea instinctiv\u0103 a unei atitudini defensive (\u201eNu este vina mea\u201d, \u201eA\u0219a e procedura\u201d) nu va face dec\u00e2t s\u0103 pun\u0103 paie pe foc. Profesioni\u0219tii \u00een v\u00e2nz\u0103ri folosesc un acronim simplu, dar extrem de eficient: <strong>LAST<\/strong> (Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L \u2013 Listen (Ascult\u0103 activ)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oamenii vor, \u00een primul r\u00e2nd, s\u0103 fie auzi\u021bi. Atunci c\u00e2nd clientul este nervos, las\u0103-l s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i spun\u0103 \u00eentreaga poveste f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eel \u00eentrerupi. Dac\u0103 produsul este defect, propune \u00eenlocuirea lui sau returnarea banilor, conform politicilor magazinului. Dac\u0103 clientul caut\u0103 un r\u0103spuns pe care nu \u00eel \u0219tii, nu spune \u201enu \u0219tiu\u201d, ci <em>\u201eVoi afla imediat r\u0103spunsul exact pentru dumneavoastr\u0103 de la colegii mei\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>T \u2013 Thank (Mul\u021bume\u0219te-i)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poate p\u0103rea ciudat s\u0103 mul\u021bume\u0219ti unui client care tocmai a creat o scen\u0103, dar un client care reclam\u0103 o problem\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi ofer\u0103, de fapt, o \u0219ans\u0103 de a \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bi lucrurile. <em>\u201eV\u0103 mul\u021bumesc c\u0103 ne-a\u021bi semnalat acest aspect, ne ajut\u0103 s\u0103 fim mai aten\u021bi pe viitor\u201d<\/em> este fraza care \u00eencheie interac\u021biunea \u00eentr-o not\u0103 pozitiv\u0103 \u0219i memorabil\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. De exemplu: <em>\u201ePentru ce ocazie c\u0103uta\u021bi acest produs?\u201d<\/em> sau <em>\u201eCe caracteristici sunt cele mai importante pentru dumneavoastr\u0103?\u201d<\/em>.
